About ASI
What is ASI?
ASI (Africa Strategic Intelligence) is a strategic intelligence, market entry and deal origination platform focused on African energy, infrastructure, mining and industry.
Is ASI a news website?
No. ASI only publishes new, confirmed developments with a clear strategic or commercial interest. When nothing important is confirmed, nothing is published.
Which languages are available?
English, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Arabic. Use the language menu at the top of the page.
Strategic alerts
How are alerts verified?
Each alert has a source, a link, a date and a confidence level, and is approved by an ASI reviewer before publication. Unconfirmed figures are marked “Not publicly confirmed”.
What do the score and status mean?
The ASI score (out of 100) measures strategic and commercial value. The status — ACT, POSITION, WATCH — indicates the recommended action.
How do I receive alerts by email?
Subscribe from the Strategic Alerts page. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Business requests
How do I submit a request?
Click “Submit a request”, choose one of the 7 categories and follow the steps. You receive a permanent reference number (ASI-REQ-…) and a confirmation email.
Can I follow my request?
Yes. When logged in, open “My requests” to see the status of each request.
Are my documents confidential?
Yes. Uploaded documents are stored privately and are only accessible to you and the authorised ASI team.
Network & introductions
Why are company contact details hidden?
ASI manages introductions between companies and partners. Contact details are not displayed publicly; send a request and ASI makes the connection.
How can my company join the network?
Register as a partner. Your profile and photos are published only after ASI approval.
Membership & pricing
What plans are available?
ASI Free, ASI Pro and ASI Business, plus Deal Origination missions and reports. See the Membership & Pricing page for current rates.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. Online payment is not active; contact ASI to subscribe.
